Koch Associate Program: 2022-2023
The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a 9-month career accelerator for early- to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. KAP equips associates with the tools, mindsets, and community to succeed as social entrepreneurs—individuals excited to find new and better ways to break barriers and eliminate injustice. Associates spend one day each week engaging in experiential learning with Stand Together Fellowships and work at one of our many partner organizations the rest of the week. Our curriculum is designed to supercharge your development and equip you for long-term success as you seek to have an impact on the problems that prevent people from realizing their potential.
What You’ll Experience
By blending professional development with full-time employment at a dynamic nonprofit, KAP will not only equip you with the tools, frameworks, and ideas to be more effective, but will provide you with real-world opportunities to apply what you’re learning through meaningful work. Here’s a snapshot of what you will experience:
You are looking for a career that helps others improve their lives. Whether your passion for social impact involves revitalizing communities, government, education, or business, you have a drive to identify problems and get excited about finding new solutions that have meaningful results. You’re entrepreneurial, curious, and excited to become an effective leader in tackling the major challenges of our time.

Successful candidates will interview with both Stand Together Fellowships staff and partner organizations, so we encourage you to apply today, giving yourself ample time to thoroughly explore the opportunities offered by our partners and find the role that’s best for you! Please complete your application through our website and check out our FAQs for more details.
Since much of the KAP program will remain online in 2022-23, participants do not need to reside in the Washington, DC area to be admitted to our programs. However, participants should plan to participate in multiple in-person summits and workshops at Stand Together headquarters in Arlington, VA, consistent with relevant public health policies and conditions around COVID-19. We believe in-person experiences enhance the impact of programming, especially on participants’ ability to build and tap into an effective learning community. Stand Together Fellowships covers the cost of travel, hotel, and meals for these gatherings. Please reach out to our team at email@example.com if you have additional questions regarding travel and engagement at these events. Our team is continuously monitoring the situation and will provide updates if that status changes.
